ALBANY, N.Y. – UsNet’s board of directors elected its officers at the shared branching network’s annual meeting in June. The New York-based credit union service organization provides access to more than 5,400 shared branches in and beyond the U.S., which represents the nation’s third largest network of financial institution branches.

The following UsNet board officers were elected to serve one-year terms: Chairman Mark Pfisterer, president and CEO of AmeriCU Credit Union; Vice Chairman Don Denofio, president and CEO of Saratoga’s Community FCU; Treasurer Thomas Fallon, executive vice president and COO of Teachers FCU; and Secretary Jim Doig, president and CEO of Sidney FCU.

Pfisterer was also elected to serve a three-year term as a Class A director, and Denofio and was re-elected to serve a one-year term as a Class B director.

“UsNet is fortunate to be guided by such dedicated and capable directors and board officers,” said UsNet Chief Operating Officer Bill Bywater. “These are individuals who truly believe in the benefits of the shared branching model, and we look forward to working closely with them as we continue to grow the network.”

UsNet, which is owned by New York credit unions and the New York Credit Union Association York, held its annual organizational meeting June 16 in conjunction with the Association’s 2016 Annual Meeting & Convention.
